🗑️ Request Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your UpScholar account and all associated data, please follow the steps below:

Fill out the contact form below
In the Message field, write "REQUEST ACCOUNT DELETION"
Include your registered Student ID or Phone Number
Submit the form

What data will be deleted: Your personal information (name, phone number, email address), class/stream preferences, and all associated activity data.

What data will be kept: Anonymized usage statistics for analytics purposes only.

Retention period: Your data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days of your request verification. Some records may be retained for up to 30 days as required for legal compliance.

Alternative method: You can also email us directly at [email protected] with "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line, including your registered phone number or Student ID.
